Resolved - The issue affecting Secure Web Sessions on the US (.IO) data center is resolved. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.

Identified - CyberArk has identified a performance degradation affecting the Secure Web Sessions (SWS) service on the US data center (.IO). Administrators and Auditors may temporarily see missing sessions in the SWS Portal, and in some cases, session creation may fail for SWS users.

There is no data loss as a result of this issue. Our teams are actively working to resolve it and appreciate your patience.

CyberArk Alero Services performance degradation on Remote Access Service is resolved
Resolved - Following a widespread AWS outage, CyberArk experienced service disruptions affecting the Remote Access service and the CyberArk Mobile application.

According to AWS and our testing, the issue has been resolved, and we can confirm that Remote Access is now fully operational. Our teams continue to actively monitor the situation and will provide updates if needed.
