We would like to inform you of scheduled maintenance on CyberArk's Remote Access service. Maintenance will start on Sunday, January 21st at 3:30am EST and will end 6:00am EST on the following services:
• Authentication Service • Connector Service • Mobile Service • Web Portal
This maintenance work will only take place on Canada, Singapore, India and UK data centers. Any other data centers will not be impacted.
Estimated downtime during the maintenance period is 0-30 minutes, during which time users and vendors may not be able to access the Remote Access portal or applications within it.
