Following a widespread AWS outage, CyberArk experienced service disruptions affecting the Remote Access service and the CyberArk Mobile application.

According to AWS and our testing, the issue has been resolved, and we can confirm that Remote Access is now fully operational. Our teams continue to actively monitor the situation and will provide updates if needed.
